Owen’s belly has been in need of a little bit of extra “boost” over the last couple of days so last night I made him some prune purée for his porridge. Not sure if it was thanks to the purée but he ate that porridge quicker than ever before! Now we’re just waiting for the prunes to do its magic…
Recipe: Prune purée
Put 250 g of dried prunes in a pan with a little bit of water. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the prunes starts to go soft and mushy. Let it cool down before you hand blend to a smooth purée. Add water to get the thickness that you want.
