I made some roasted chickpeas today for my sweet potato soup tonight. It is so simple and gives a bit of a crunch to your dinner! They are a bit addictive too…
Recipe: Roasted chickpeas
1 cup (2-3 dl) chickpeas (soft)
Rinse the chickpeas and put them on a greaseproof paper on a baking tray. Drizzle with a bit of rapeseed- or olive oil and sprinkle paprika powder on top. Cook in the middle of the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200°c until crunchy.
